My Farm:

Had fun to draw lots of animals. :) My very first baboon in color... Grrrrrrr!

....and this is my first cow(and bull) in color. I must say it´s hard for me to draw a cow, I don´t draw them often so I hope that´s a good start. Mooooh!

What??!! She's a witch??!!! Don't you wiggle your nose at me,lady. >;P

Although, the pictures are very nice. You say you have trouble drawing cows but I think that's the best piece up there.

Excellent work.

Wonderful pictures. They're all really well done, with cows and that black pup being probably my favorites. I love the two characters on "nastyass" picture very much, not because of any kinky reasons :-) Such two poses are quite difficult to pull off convincingly, without looking too flat or deformed, and you did them perfectly. Great color and shading too.

If I have to criticize anything, it would be the hind right leg of the angry squirrel. Perhaps it should be pulled back, or just in a little bit different position, to avoid the tangent with the front leg. Maybe I'm wrong, but with this correction, the pose would look more solid.

Also, great use of color (as always). How are you doing the mixing and blending of colors with markers? What kind of markers are you using? Yours and Kali's recent drawings are really inspiring me to try something with markers again. I usually use markers for inking, but haven't done any coloring with them for many years.

Hey Steffi! Wow Im really impressed! Im glad you posted these.. they are really fun to look at! I love the squirrels with thier butts up in the air..(I like that you named the file "nasty ass") I like the rim lighting you put on the tail and the underbelly. I think everyone thinks these are markers. These are prismacolor color pencils right?

I also really like the girl rabbit. Reallllly sexy! The bulls are cool too! What does the tag in the cow's ear mean? (Kuh?) Keep up the good work Steffi! Later.. Ryan

Don´t you know; I´m a witch! Hahahahahaha!!! XD

Thanks everyone! Thanks that you like my art especially the cows! Maybe I´ll do more!:)
And thanks for the advice what I can do better, actually I´m a beginner in drawing cartoon characters, I made the mistake and draw Anime/Manga characters because it was "in" in Germany. I must learn much and I hope that I ´m a good artist in cartoons some day.
There are lots of training and tests because that I can use the Markers good. I must say the colors are that what I love at most in my drawings. I´ll make a funny post about coloring art later. The scanner always change the colors, the bull is red in the original drawing.
I use Copic- and Neopiko markers and that what you can read at the tag(Kuh) is the german word for "cow". :)

Wow Steffi, Markers! I thought they were pencils.. Maybe its just your scanner, but the texture looked like color pencils! Woops.. Good blending..

Actually, Stefanie, I'd say you're ready to get a job in an animation studio right now. Check http://www.awn.com every day. You should find several job oppurtunities in Germany alone I'm sure. One of teachers at animation school worked in Germany for awhile. I believe that he enjoyed himself.

Good luck. B)
