Marvel & DC Girls Funart! XD

Before I could read I love to look in the comics of my older brothers. I was fascinated from the fantastic artwork and I start to draw the characters (most the men). The boys in the kindergarden and later in the primary school always wants my drawings. Other children starts to draw funny people, funny animals and flowers, I drew musclemen, skeletons and fighting scenes. Maybe I´ll post some of my kiddy drawings later. Comics are one of the reasons to start to draw.
The scanner change the colors again, I hope you still have fun to look at. =)
Which of these ladies is your favourite?

the colors might be altered but still they look amazing. did you use markers on these?

talkin about kiddy drawings... i just found some of mine from when i was into garfield, and also - being german you should remember - yps (with gimmick!). i drew lots of garfield pictures involving yps gimmicks, so basically i took yps covers and replaced the characters (forgot the names of the frog and the bird but the mouse was called kaspar) by Garfield, Odie, Jon, Nermal, Arlene etc.
Now I would rather DIE than let anybody see this stuff, it's so embarassing - not because of the kiddy drawings, but the stuff i wrote into the speech bubbles, or rather thought bubbles (garfield) - jeez louise!!! can't believe my parents kept this

Hmmm... Poison is your favourite...maybe she get a price for the most beautiful girl in this post. XD

I always use the markers here.

MoRxN said...

Freshyfresh said...

VERY nice drawings Stefanie!
the 3 lasts are AWESOME!...really:D

MoRxN said...

Robert Hume said...

Wow hey these are all great! I love Storm the best!! Fun stuff, very cool art work!

These are great steffi. Mike told me youre trying to get a hold of me. I'll try to email u again.

WAS?!?

Robert Hume: Thanks for your comment! I like Storm too! XD
Her hair looks much better in the original drawing (stupid scanner!).

Jose: Thanks Jose! I got your phonenumber, I´ll call you later!

I REALLY like the fifth(5) from top.

Hello Steffi, I am Fabio of Chile, (again…) it is a great joy that you return!
You know I like very much your drawings …
Of the post, I like the girl of red hair, and the catwoman …
I am waiting anxious for the next publication of your kiddy drawings

CORKY said...

Heya Steffi!!!

Sorry I haven't written to you in a while! I've been extremely busy!

I like how you drew these characters..they are much more appealing than the actual cartoons they have.

I think it's so weird, too, because I'm animating and storyboarding X-Men characters in school right now! I'm doing a run cycle with Jean grey LOL

Anyways girl, keep drawing and don't stop!

Take care!

heri, Littledigits/Pach, david gemmill,Kali Fontecchio, Roland Mechael, fabiopower: I´m surprised that the most people here like my poison Ivy fanart, that make me happy. I don´t like it so much, because I always thought her boobs are to deep....XD

sink sink socks: ?

kookiejar:It´s very nice that you still visit my blog all the time! I was very busy too, because I´m moved now! Joy!

Patrick:It would be great when you draw one of my pictures in your great style!!! Yes I want! I can´t wait to see it! =D
Great to hear that Katie like it, because it looks beautiful!:)
I´m so happy that you will do it, thank you!:D

PS: To everyone : Look at Patricks blog! His drawings looks so lively!

CORKY:No problem, I was very busy too. Thanks that you like my fanart! I tried to draw that they looks lively.
That must be great to draw X-men characters for school, I love to read the comics. I want to see some of your drawings!

Brutus: Rogue! I tried to draw her as teenager. Thanks!

Chris Battle said...

While Storm and Rogue are cute, the lower Poison Ivy and Catwoman are amazing! They hold their own alongside Lynne Naylor and Shane Glines any day!

Patrick McMicheal said...

GREAT STEFANIE, I will start on the drawing (of your character) today and post my progress in my blog!!!

Zorilita - Mary Bellamy said...

Hey I just surfed over from Patrick's Blog. He's right you have a really awesome style! Great work you have here! =)

Hammerson said...

Great stuff! Really well done, with excellent poses and anatomy. I love all the drawings, with Poison Ivy being my particular favorite. There's some great sense of fun in these pictures, that's very often missing in the actual comics featuring those characters.
Have you ever tried to do some comics using such technique of coloring with markers? Not neccessarily superhero stuff, perhaps some short stories with your cat characters for example?

barbarella said...

storm of course!the first one*

Freshyfresh said...

Chris Battle, Zorilita, barbarella: Thanks that you like my Fanart so much! You are great!

Patrick: Thanks! I´m sure you make a masterpiece!=D

Hammerson:Thank you! I train all the time to get better.
To make a comic in this style and with markers is a fantastic idea, but expensive and I don´t have enough time to make a comic like that. T-T
